Supposed 1953 CIA Document Suggests ‘Problems Connected With Identified Flying Objects Appear to Have Implications for Psychological Warfare’ – Possible Pre-Project Blue Beam Documentation.

Below is an image from an officially disclosed CIA document which states:

“I am today transmitting to the National Security Council a proposal (TAB A) in which it is concluded that the problems connected with unidentified flying objects appear to have implications for psychological warfare as well as for intelligence and operations”

This was submitted by Walter B Smith, former United States Director of Central Intelligence, in 1953.

This in itself seems very vague, but if you read the whole document, you’ll see that he suggests multiple times that UFO information could be used as psychological warfare. Funnily enough, parts of the document haven’t been scanned properly by the CIA and lots of the text is blurry, out of focus, or completely missing. But some of it is clear enough, although you may have to do some squinting, and if you wear glasses, get your best pair out!

  1. After reading your article, it reminded me of some things about gate io that I studied before. The content is similar to yours, but your thinking is very special, which gave me a different idea. Thank you. But I still have some questions I want to ask you, I will always pay attention. Thanks.
